ABOUT THE COURSE:
This one-day workshop is a fusion of the powerful healing energies of crystals, chakra balancing, and a relaxing acupressure reflex massage of the feet.
Crystals were created as the earth formed and they have continued to transform and evolve, as the planet itself has changed.
They work on resonance and vibration, and their crystalline structure can absorb, conserve, focus and emit energy, especially on the electromagnetic waveband
Chakras are part of our subtle body, or our electromagnetic field, and are referred to as our energy centres.
We will explore how to balance and harmonise these centres on the body, with the integration of crystals, and how and where to use them when working on the feet, through our reflex therapy.
Acupressure is an ancient therapy used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to help support and balance our physical, emotional, and spiritual energies, through energy pathways known as meridians. Using crystal energy on the vital points of these meridians can enhance and intensify the body’s own ability to heal.
This wonderful workshop will combine all three modalities, with a sequence using crystals to access these vital acupressure points, and chakra reflexes, all within a healing crystal grid, to help balance and harmonise our clients’ energies and leave them feeling completely renewed.
Course Content:
Introduction to crystal energy and how to work with the chakras.
Choosing crystals to work on the feet and place on the body.
Choosing vital acupressure points to balance and support the body.
Balancing the chakras while integrating a crystal energy reflex sequence.
Setting up a crystal grid to enhance the whole treatment.
On completion you will know how to:
- Use crystals as an adjunct to your therapy session.
- Choose and cleanse crystals
- Work with the energy of the chakras
- Create a crystal grid to enhance the energy of your treatments
- Placement of crystals on and around your client
