Course Content
Hand Reflexology is a powerful treatment that can be used as a stand-alone therapy or effectively combined with Traditional Foot Reflexology. This treatment offers a great alternative for those who are not comfortable having their feet touched, allowing them to experience the incredible health benefits they might otherwise miss out on.
Just like the feet, the hands have thousands of nerve endings that can be stimulated to promote balance and healing in the body. Many people report better sleep after a Hand Reflexology session, which in turn enhances the body’s healing potential. Since hands are easier to access than feet, Hand Reflexology is often a more convenient alternative to Foot Reflexology.
Hand Reflexology is suitable for children, toddlers, and the elderly. The reflex points on the hands are more flexible, and Hand Reflexology is easier to perform on yourself compared to Foot Reflexology. Additionally, Hand Reflexology can be used in cases of contagious conditions such as verrucas, Athlete’s Foot, or broken bones in the feet.
This training will cover:
* How to perform a full Hand Reflexology treatment
* How to recognize imbalances and work on them
* Relaxation techniques for the hands

This Hand Reflexology course is recognized by the NRRI and will allow you to earn 200 CPD points toward your CPD Programme.
