Separation Anxiety Disorder – Excessive fear or distress when separated from parents, caregivers, or significant attachment figures.
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) – Persistent and excessive worry about everyday events, activities, and responsibilities.
Panic Disorder – Recurrent panic attacks involving sudden episodes of intense fear and physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat and breathlessness.
Specific Phobias – Intense and persistent fear of a particular object, situation, or activity that leads to avoidance behaviours.
