ABOUT THE COURSE:
A unique collaboration with MF Wellness School of Reflexology and Anne McAuliffe Talmh Holistic
Anne runs Talamh Holistics she is a reflexologist, baby massage instructor and a registered nurse and Neo-Natal midwife.
This workshop aims to provide therapists an understanding of how to treat women throughout all phases of pregnancy.
This workshop will support your understanding of the beautiful nature of pregnancy .
A comprehensive 1 day post-graduate certificate programme delivered in-person.
At the end of this training you will have a comprehensive understanding of:
- Reflexology in pregnancy
- Contra- indications to reflexology in pregnancy
- Common Pregnancy ailments
- Stages of Pregnancy
- Areas to focus on for common ailments
- Oedema during pregnancy
- How to help when the pregnancy goes full Term plus
- How reflexology helps with Labour
You will also have an opportunity to practice reflexology and learn some new techniques, we will:
- Revisit the endocrine system
- Discuss and explore how to work the endocrine points during pregnancy
- Revisit the reproductive system
- Intake form and consultation techniques to help you plan your reflexology treatments
- How pregnancy can affect your clients emotionally and physically,
- Some advanced techniques to work the nervous system. Tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system.
- Homecare points
- The importance of good nutrition during this time.

Maureen Fynes MNRRI
Maureen is the principal of MF Wellness School of Reflexology. She has been practicing reflexology for over a decade and teaches the NRRI accredited Diploma in Reflexology and well as a number of postgraduate trainings, including, hand reflexology, child and baby reflexology, reflexology for cancer care, and reflexology for fertility and maternity reflexology. She is based in Loughrea Co Galway where she also runs her reflexology practice.
Anne McAuliffe MNRRI
Anne runs Talamh Holistics she is a reflexologist, baby massage instructor and a registered nurse and Neo-Natal midwife. Anne is passionate about women’s health and has a really unique and simple way of explaining the whole process of pregnancy and how reflexology aids and assists at every stage.
