ABOUT THE COURSE:
This one-day workshop is designed to enhance the Reflexologists’ knowledge of the variety of practical techniques for the relief of pain.
During this workshop therapists will learn how to work with the reflexes of the nervous and endocrine system to reduce pain and inflammation, which is one of the major causes of pain.
Content Includes:
Exploring the central nervous system and key reflexes for pain reduction.
Working differently to save your thumbs and fingers.
Detailed examination of the structure of the feet, calf muscles, Achilles tendons.
Stretching and flexing techniques to ease tight tendons, muscles, and feet.
Revitalising the circulation and energy systems

This course is for all qualified Reflexologists only!
