Welcome to our MF Wellness School of Reflexology and holistic therapies. We based in the Galway East in the wonderful town of Loughrea and we are blessed to have our home in the Health Hub Main Street Loughrea, an integrated health and wellness centre.

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Maureen Fynes and I am a woman on a mission to inspire people to take proactive care of their health and wellbeing.

As a professional health coach, and a principal of MF Wellness School of Reflexology, I facilitate people to be the healthiest they can be via reflexology, nutritional coaching, and other holistic therapies.

Our diploma and certificate courses are all fully accredited by the National Register of Reflexologists in Ireland (NRRI).
