This hands-on practical workshop will teach a specific bi-manual integrated approach to working the reflexes, enhancing your reflexology practice through experiential learning.

The practical aspect of this workshop will focus on the following:

The intestinal reflex link and the Gut Brain
Endocrine System Balance /HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis)
Working the Spinal reflexes (Autonomic Nervous System ANS)
Vagus Nerve Stimulation

Hagar's 27 years of practical experience as a practitioner and reflexology educator and has enabled her to adapt, refine and develop the skills and techniques to enhance their therapeutic effectiveness. The techniques shown are grounded within the principles and methodology of the Advanced Reflexology Techniques (ART) originated by Tony Porter. Hagar teaches a bi-manual integrated approach to working the reflexes. On completion of the 2 full days all participants will receive a special Reflexology Academy CPD Certificate.
