Ziggie Bergman offers her award-winning training with the London School of Reflexology in a warm and friendly environment at Regents University, London, or via Live Zoom Classes with international times, which run once a month. This is the ONLY ITEC and VTCT accredited Facial Reflexology course making it the highest level of training worldwide. Ziggie Bergman won the AoR award for innovation in Reflexology for creating the Bergman Method Facial Reflexology which was established in 1997. It has become the #1 training in the UK and Ireland with a growing number of international practitioners.

Qualified Reflexologists can choose either a wellness package that focuses purely on Facial Reflexology as a complementary therapy (modules 1 & 2), or the full 3 module package which includes modules 1 & 2 and adds Zone Face Lift (module 3) which the press have nicknamed a ‘spiritual facelift’, pioneering a new way to naturally age well. It includes the renowned facial sculpting massage, gua sha, crystals, IHM, a full holistic facial with hot towels, and ‘smudging’ with healing herbs. The Facial Reflexology sequence forms the first half of the Zone Face Lift treatment and is an essential element. Zone Face Lift won Best Therapy of 2022 – BBC 2 Janey Loves Platinum Awards and you’ll get to use that winning logo on your website after training.

Facial Reflexology is two modules you must attend Modules 1 & 2 over one weekend for the In-Person training option. You can attend separately only on Zoom.
