About Tatiana

Tatiana Grosso is the principal of the Irish School of Reflexology and Wellness, a renowned NRRI school dedicated to the teaching and practice of reflexology and holistic wellness.

Established in 2014 first in Dublin and subsequently in Co. Donegal (Ballybofey), the school has produced great Reflexologists who are now running their own very successful practices all over Ireland. Under Tatiana’s leadership, the school has flourished, operating successfully in two key locations: Dublin, and Ballybofey- Co. Donegal.

The Irish School of Reflexology and Wellness offers a range of courses designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary to become professional reflexologists. These courses are tailored to meet the needs of both beginners and those seeking to advance their expertise in reflexology. The school’s curriculum is comprehensive, blending theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience.  “I have spent years of training and learning as much as possible about Reflexology and of course practicing Reflexology. I graduated with Sr. Brega back in 2008. Then I went on and further studied Reflexology upgrading and fine tuning constantly my techniques. I was trained in Traditional Foot Reflexology and the techniques I studied were the original Eunice Ingham’s techniques, which are highly effective and very powerful. I further studied RLD (Reflexology Lymph Drainage) with Sally Kay , Maternity reflexology, Treatment of pain -TOP I and TOP II with Kruchik Institute of Reflexology, Reading the Feet from A to Z with Kruchik Institute of Reflexology, Facial Reflexology with Ziggy Bergman just to name a few. I also run my own successful clinic in Malahide which helped me to build a very strong clinical experience with clients.
