SHORT SUNDAY SEMINARS
18th October 10am – 2pm
SEMINAR A - Hagar Basis "Vagus Nerve Reflex Bi Manual Practical Workshop
The workshop will include several group demonstrations teaching a specific Bimanual technique on the Vagus Nerve Reflex and teach the precise full process that is followed.
The workshop is experiential thereby allowing participants to feel themselves the transformational effects and witnessing it on each other, as well as learning the application of the technique in detail.
The workshop will include several demonstrations (time permitted) teaching the technique and its principles, followed by supervised practice.
Following the workshop participants will be able to successfully implement this technique into their existing reflexology practice.
SEMINAR B - Spiros Dimitrakoulas "The Reflexes I Never Skip: Orthopedic Techniques for Everyday Practice"
Participants will engage in a practical session where the techniques of the anatomical structures already presented will be demonstrated and practiced on the relevant reflex points. This session focuses on applying targeted reflexology techniques found to be most effective in clinical practice.
We will work with:
- Foot Bones – Integrating Ingham theory, proprioception, and the “closing the gate” concept for pain management
- Nerves of the Foot – Their relationship with the sympathetic nervous system and related reflex pathways
- Arteries of the Foot – Exploring the baroreceptor theory, blood pressure regulation, and connections to the brainstem
- Retinaculum – Its role in proprioceptive feedback, muscle chain function, and Vertical Reflex Therapy
- Flexor Hallucis Brevis – Combining Orthopedic Reflexology and Nerve Reflexology to address inflammation, stress
- The Master Knot of Henry – A little-known structure with reflex connections to multiple organ systems
This workshop will offer practical, high-impact tools that can be integrated into your reflexology practice immediately—reflexes and techniques that are clinically proven, structurally informed, and deeply rooted in Orthopedic Reflexology.
